Hello super Spanish student, super hard worker, super mother/parent…SUPER EVERYTHING!!!! Yes, that’s how we feel. We have to be everywhere and do everything. My name is Inma Martín and I am a Spanish teacher, entrepreneur, mother of three children, housewife… and besides, I have to make time to keep training and taking care of myself 🙂 You know how it feels, don’t you? Frequently Asked Questions
The trial class is a first contact between the student and the teacher(Inma Martín). During the 30-minute class, the student’s level of Spanish is checked and their needs are discussed in order to create a personal learning plan. In addition, a short class is held so that the student can get to know what their future sessions will be like.
Class packages have no expiration date. The student can consume and administer the classes at his/her convenience.
Homework is sent to the student as extra work to reinforce what has been learned. The homework is sent via email, Dropbox or Google Drive, depending on the student’s preference. The student receives the homework within 24 hours after the last class. The exercises will be mostly interactive, so they are self-correcting. The homework that needs a personal correction, the student must send it 12 hours before the next session via email, Dropbox or Google Drive.
If during the class there are several interruptions due to technical problems, the student can repeat the session at no cost. If in the following classes the technical problems continue and it is impossible to give the classes, the student will be refunded the amount of the classes not consumed.
Classes can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. The student must send an email to clases@spanishminute.com indicating his/her name and surname, the day and time of the reserved class and for which date (day and time) he/she wants to change the session. Subsequently, he/she will receive an email confirming the cancellation of the class and the date of the next session. If the student does not give 12 hours notice, he/she will lose the class and, therefore, the cost of the class.
If the class is cancelled by the teacher(Inma Martín) 12 hours before the session, there will be no penalty. The student will receive an email notifying him/her of the class cancellation and the class will be changed according to the student’s availability. If the class is cancelled after the 12 hours prior to the session, the class will have no cost for the student.
Class packages can only be cancelled for justified reasons. In this case, the student will receive a refund of the amount of the classes not consumed. More information in General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
